1. •Review, documentation, coordination, and detail/specification for furniture and interior design as an integrated part of the team in the Design Development, Construction Documentation, and Construction Administration phases.
   • Coordinate procurement and installation of selected furnishings (including meeting Davis-Bacon Act prevailing wage rates, if required).

We specialize in affordable and durable commercial furniture for units, common areas, offices, outdoor, and specialty areas. We’ve furnished projects for Chinatown CDC in the past including the I-Hotel, Parkview Terrace, Mary Helen Rogers, and Broadway Family, to name a few.
